all you need to know about Yankees starting pitcher Joba Chamberlain’s shoulder: The
team took its own MRI, and you would assume that if it found nothing, that would
be that.
But the Yanks are sending Joba to see noted orthopedic surgeon
James Andrews on Wednesday, which means they obviously saw something in the MRI
that they didn’t like. And that could torpedo New York’s playoff hopes for this
season.
